Machined metal dies are designed and produced by our in-house toolmakers. The wax patterns are removed and assembled into clusters.

The Wax is melted in a steam autoclave, and the molds are fired in a high temperature furnace to achieve hardness and strength

The clusters of patterns are dipped into liquid ceramic slurries and coated with stucco to form a strong ceramic mold.

A variety of alloys are melted in induction furnaces to be poured into the ceramic molds. After cooling, the ceramic is chemically removed, and the pieces are mechanically cleaned.
