Our 175,000 sq. ft. facility offers a number of supporting comprehensive services to give you the best quality metal cast component with the best overall total cost. Aero Metals has a highly skilled team of mold designers and toolmakers to build your mold in our in-house CNC precision tool shop. Your company will be assigned a process engineer to manage your new project from sampling through production, ensuring we meet all of your material and dimensional quality specifications.

Investment casting is a method that makes it possible to replicate complex parts to your exact specifications. We guarantee a level of quality other investment casters simply cannot match.
Our quality system is certified to ISO 9001:2008 and AS9100 to ensure full compliance with all applicable industrial and aerospace quality requirements. We verify this compliance with our in-house Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) facility which has NADCAP approval for radiographic (x-ray), liquid penetrant (LPI), and magnetic particle (MPI) inspection equipment. Our NDT services are performed to and by NADCAP certified Level 2 and Level 3 inspectors.
